Follow-Up Visit: 30 minute session.

Telehealth Visit: 30 minute, we can prescribe and review exercises and home care techniques.

Chiropractic & Pilates Combo: 60 minute session, approximately 30 minutes of chiropractic treatment followed by 30 minutes of pilates rehab exercise.
